Mriia — невеликі застосунки на mriia.si, незалежний проєкт. За ваші дані відповідає Mriia; написати нам можна на support@mriia.si. Ваших даних ми не продаємо, і реклами інших компаній у застосунках немає.

Вхід

• Через Google ми отримуємо ваше ім'я, пошту й фото профілю — лише щоб упізнати вас при наступному вході.
• Через GitHub або Telegram — ім'я користувача й номер акаунта.
• Якщо ви входите кількома способами й поєднуєте їх, ми зберігаємо, які входи належать одному акаунту.
• Сесія — зашифрований ключ у сховищі вашого браузера, без cookies.

Монети й оплата

Монети Mriia купуються за Telegram Stars або TON і витрачаються всередині застосунків, наприклад у грі «Тьма».

• Stars: ми зберігаємо номер вашого акаунта Telegram, номер платежу від Telegram, пакет і кількість зірок. Оплату проводить Telegram — даних вашої картки ми не бачимо.
• TON: ми зберігаємо рахунок (сума, курс, час), а з блокчейну — адресу гаманця, з якого прийшов переказ, суму, коментар і час. Ці дані публічні в мережі TON, і видалити їх там не може ніхто.
• Кожне нарахування й списання монет — окремий запис у журналі вашого гаманця.
• У вікні оплати TON є наше запрошення до Walt. Якщо ви приєднаєтесь за ним, Walt за своїми умовами може нарахувати бонус і вам, і Mriia. Ми не передаємо Walt ваших даних.

AI-застосунки

Те, що ви надсилаєте в AI-застосунки — фото, голос, текст, звук, — ми передаємо на обробку одному з сервісів: Hugging Face (публічні Spaces), Google Gemini, OVHcloud AI Endpoints, Mistral AI. Вашого імені чи акаунта ми їм не передаємо.

• Публічні Spaces створюють інші автори, і вони можуть бачити, що їм надіслано. Не надсилайте туди того, чого не показали б стороннім.
• Готові результати сервер тримає в пам'яті до 7 днів (правки ваших фото — до 3 днів), потім вони зникають.
• Розмови з персонажами зберігаються під вашим акаунтом, доки ви його не видалите.

YouTube у Музаку

Музак використовує YouTube API Services. Лише з вашого дозволу він читає список відео, які ви вподобали, щоб показати з нього пісні. Нічого у вашому акаунті він не змінює і вашого пароля не бачить.

• Ключ доступу зберігається зашифрованим на нашому сервері, прив'язаний до вашого акаунта, і використовується лише коли ви відкриваєте список.
• Ні ключ, ні ваш список ми нікому не передаємо.
• Відключити доступ: кнопка «Відключити YouTube» у Музаку видаляє ключ із сервера; або відкличте доступ на сторінці безпеки акаунта Google.
• Користуючись цим, ви погоджуєтесь з Умовами використання YouTube. Як Google обробляє дані — у Політиці конфіденційності Google.

Ваші файли й сповіщення

• Пісні, які ви додаєте до Фонотеки, лежать на нашому сервері під вашим акаунтом, доки ви їх не видалите.
• Якщо ви підписуєтесь на сповіщення в нашому Telegram-боті, ми зберігаємо номер чату й налаштування підписки, доки ви не відпишетесь.

Технічні журнали

Щоб виправляти помилки, застосунки надсилають короткі записи: який застосунок, яка подія, тип браузера, розмір екрана, мова. Сесію, IP-адресу й ознаки пристрою ми зберігаємо лише як незворотні хеші, а самі записи видаляються через 30 днів. Сервер, як і будь-який вебсервер, тимчасово записує IP-адреси у журнали доступу.

Відвідуваність і реклама Mriia

Щоб розуміти, звідки приходять люди і які застосунки їм потрібні, сторінки mriia.si використовують Google Analytics. Він ставить cookies і бачить, звідки ви прийшли, які сторінки відкрили, які кнопки натиснули, чи встановили застосунок, а також тип пристрою, браузера й приблизне місце за IP-адресою. Mriia рекламується в Google Ads, і Google пов'язує клік по оголошенню з цими діями. Персоналізованої реклами й ремаркетингу ми не вмикаємо. У ЄЕЗ, Великій Британії та Швейцарії cookies аналітики й реклами вимкнено, доки ви не дозволите їх у банері внизу сторінки: без згоди Google отримує лише знеособлені сигнали без cookies. Ваш вибір зберігається на пів року; щоб змінити його, очистіть cookies сайту mriia.si, і банер зʼявиться знову.

• Вимкнути: доповнення для браузера від Google або блокування cookies у налаштуваннях браузера.
• Як Google використовує ці дані — на сторінці «Як Google використовує інформацію з сайтів партнерів».

Інші сервіси

Бібліотеки й іконки завантажуються з публічних CDN, а вхід відбувається через Google, GitHub або Telegram. Ці сервіси бачать вашу IP-адресу, як і будь-який сайт, який ви відкриваєте.

Навіщо й на якій підставі

• Щоб надати те, що ви просите: вхід, акаунт, гаманець, оплата, обробка надісланого вами.
• З вашої згоди: cookies аналітики й реклами в ЄЕЗ, Великій Британії та Швейцарії, доступ до YouTube.
• Наш законний інтерес: журнали помилок і захист від зловживань.
• Облік: записи про платежі.

Де й скільки зберігаємо

• Наш сервер розташований у США. Google, Telegram, Hugging Face та інші сервіси вище теж можуть обробляти дані за межами вашої країни.
• Акаунт, гаманець, файли й розмови — доки ви їх не видалите. Після видалення акаунта ми лишаємо лише номер платежу, суму й дату кожної оплати, щоб можна було розібратися з поверненням.
• Резервні копії бази зберігаються до 8 тижнів, тож видалене зникає з них останнім.

Вік

Mriia не призначена для дітей до 16 років. Якщо дитина створила акаунт, напишіть нам — ми його видалимо.

Ваші права

Ви можете дізнатися, які дані про вас ми маємо, отримати їх копію, виправити, видалити, обмежити їх обробку чи заперечити проти неї, а також відкликати згоду. Напишіть на support@mriia.si і вкажіть, як ви входите (Google, GitHub чи Telegram), — відповімо протягом 30 днів. Ви також можете поскаржитися до органу захисту даних своєї країни; в Україні це Уповноважений Верховної Ради України з прав людини.

Privacy

Mriia is a set of small apps at mriia.si, an independent project. Mriia is responsible for your data; you can write to us at support@mriia.si. We do not sell your data, and there are no ads from other companies in the apps.

Signing in

• With Google we receive your name, email and profile picture — only to recognise you next time.
• With GitHub or Telegram — your username and account number.
• If you sign in more than one way and link them, we keep which sign-ins belong to one account.
• Your session is an encrypted key in your browser's storage, with no cookies.

Coins and payments

Mriia coins are bought with Telegram Stars or TON and spent inside the apps, for example in the game Blackout.

• Stars: we keep your Telegram account number, Telegram's payment id, the pack and the number of Stars. Telegram processes the payment — we never see your card details.
• TON: we keep the invoice (amount, rate, time) and, from the blockchain, the wallet address the transfer came from, the amount, the comment and the time. This data is public on the TON network, and no one can delete it there.
• Every coin credit and debit is a separate entry in your wallet's ledger.
• The TON payment window carries our invite to Walt. If you join through it, Walt may give a bonus to you and to Mriia under its own terms. We do not share your data with Walt.

AI apps

What you send to the AI apps — photos, voice, text, sound — we pass for processing to one of these services: Hugging Face (public Spaces), Google Gemini, OVHcloud AI Endpoints, Mistral AI. We do not pass them your name or account.

• Public Spaces are made by other authors, who can see what is sent to them. Do not send anything you would not show a stranger.
• Finished results stay in the server's memory for up to 7 days (edits of your photos, up to 3 days), then they are gone.
• Conversations with characters are kept under your account until you delete it.

YouTube in Muzak

Muzak uses YouTube API Services. Only with your permission, it reads the list of videos you have liked, to show the songs in it. It changes nothing in your account and never sees your password.

• The access key is stored encrypted on our server, tied to your account, and used only when you open the list.
• We share neither the key nor your list with anyone.
• To disconnect: the "Disconnect YouTube" button in Muzak deletes the key from our server; or revoke access on your Google account security page.
• By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Your files and notifications

• Songs you add to Fonoteka are kept on our server under your account until you delete them.
• If you subscribe to notifications in our Telegram bot, we keep the chat number and the subscription settings until you unsubscribe.

Technical logs

To fix bugs, the apps send short records: which app, which event, browser type, screen size, language. The session, IP address and device traits are kept only as one-way hashes, and the records themselves are deleted after 30 days. Like any web server, ours briefly writes IP addresses to its access logs.

Visits and Mriia's ads

To understand where people come from and which apps they need, the pages of mriia.si use Google Analytics. It sets cookies and sees where you came from, which pages you opened, which buttons you tapped, whether you installed an app, and your device type, browser and approximate location from your IP address. Mriia advertises on Google Ads, and Google links a click on an ad to these actions. We turn on no personalised ads and no remarketing. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and ad cookies are off until you allow them in the banner at the bottom of the page: without consent Google receives only cookieless, de-identified signals. Your choice is kept for six months; to change it, clear the cookies of mriia.si and the banner comes back.

• To opt out: Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
• How Google uses this data: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Other services

Libraries and icons load from public CDNs, and sign-in goes through Google, GitHub or Telegram. These services see your IP address, as any website you open does.

Why, and on what basis

• To provide what you ask for: sign-in, your account, wallet, payments, processing what you send.
• With your consent: analytics and ad cookies in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and access to YouTube.
• Our legitimate interest: error logs and protection against abuse.
• Accounting: payment records.

Where, and for how long

• Our server is in the United States. Google, Telegram, Hugging Face and the other services above may also process data outside your country.
• Your account, wallet, files and conversations — until you delete them. After an account is deleted we keep only the payment id, amount and date of each payment, so that a refund can still be sorted out.
• Database backups are kept for up to 8 weeks, so deleted data leaves them last.

Age

Mriia is not meant for children under 16. If a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@mriia.si and say how you sign in (Google, GitHub or Telegram) — we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Changes

When this page changes, we update the date at the top.
